"TaNaKh" is the name which Jews traditionally use to refer to the Hebrew Bible. If you have been studying Torah (the first give books of TaNaKh) for a few years, this class will take you on a journey to explore the books of history, prophecy, poetry and prose which make up the rest of the TaNakh. Historical context, traditional Jewish interpretations and modern biblical scholarship will be included. the class will begin with Chapter 22 of First Kings, stating with affair of the false prophet.
