Speaking thirteen languages, she sings the music of Brazil, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Ireland and the Middle East. She was named one of the top jazz vocalists of all time by Scott Yanow of DownBeat and Jazz Times. Performing with Phyllis Chapell will be KEN ULANSEY, saxophonist/clarinetist, and Penn Council for the Arts winner.
