Our Kollel theme for this year is: "A Jewish Response to Modernity"
Our prayer book tells us that “We are a people in whom the past endures, in whom the present is inconceivable without moments gone by.” We are a people who constantly strive to figure out how we should move forward in this world, but we do so in relationship with what our past has been. This year our Kollel will be split into trimesters focused on three modern topics that we have also wrestled with throughout time.
