Liberty Science Center’s greatest experience yet is at the Jennifer Chalsty Planetarium and LSC Giant Dome Theater. It is the largest and most technologically advanced planetarium in the Western Hemisphere. Only four others in the world—two in Japan, one in China and one in Russia—are bigger. The new planetarium boasts a resolution of 88 million pixels, a lighting system that can produce over 281 trillion individual colors, and new speakers capable of producing 30,000 watts of digital sound. Join us and experience the 89-foot full-dome view of the night sky and distant galaxies. There will also be time to explore the Science Center and its many enthralling exhibits on your own.
