To commemorate Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Memorial Day), we will discuss our early memories of learning about the Holocaust. In 2018, we now have 70-plus years of scholarship, films, books, plays, etc., to help put the Holocaust in historical perspective. But what are your earliest recollections of hearing of the concentration camps? What were your earliest memories of hearing about the 6 million? What were the reactions of your family members?
